2. Real Estate Advisory Services
BNY Realty operates as a real estate consultant and advisor facilitating transactions between property buyers and developers/sellers.
- We do not charge brokerage from buyers for new developer projects unless explicitly stated and agreed upon in writing.
- While we strive to ensure all property information (including prices, RERA status and amenities) is accurate, we rely on data provided by developers. We cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of this information and advise clients to conduct their own due diligence.
3. RERA Compliance
We only deal in properties that are registered under the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA). However, the developer remains solely responsible for delivering the project as per RERA guidelines, timelines and specifications. BNY Realty is not liable for any delays or defaults on the part of the developer.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the website is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs and graphics on the website (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
5. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current and complete.
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
- You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data or other damages arising from your use of the website or our services.
